Who I am

My name is Dominik and I am a software developer, currently working as an Engineering Manager at trivago in the lovely city of Düsseldorf, Germany.

I studied computer science at the beginning of the century and have been working as a software developer, consultant, tech lead and engineering manager for more than a decade. During this time I experienced a variety of teams and projects, ranging from me working as a single developer, creating an application for a few dozen users, to long-running multi-team projects with hundreds of thousands of users.
